Client, Ministry of Education (MOE) appointed Al NISR Roads and Building Contracting LLC as a Main Contractor to develop the Three Kindergarten Schools in RAS Al Khaimah. The scope of works for the schools are.

• Demolition of Existing Work
• Civil Works, Concrete Works and Courtyard Shade Works
• Thermal Moisture Protection and Wet Area Waterproofing Works
• Floor Finishes: Porcelain Tiles, PVC Flooring and Rubber Sports Flooring Works
• Flooring Works, Marble, Granite and Tile Works
• Construction of Partitions, Glass Partitions, Wash Areas, Toilets, Sanitary Works, Cubicles,
  Decorative Stickers,Sign Boards, External and Internal Paint and MEP Works
• Ceiling Works, Wall Finishes, Doors and Windows, Signage and Wayfinding Works
• Sanitary Works and Furniture Installation Works
• Mechanical and Electrical Works for all the schools
