▪ Buildings Scope: In total, there are 25 Buildings numbered B1 to B24. The
technical details in the buildings have conventional and specialized
construction methodologies. As indicative, these works include but are
not limited to the provision of shallow foundations, RCC works, hollow
core slabs, steel structure works, shaded structures, high-security steel
fencing; internal and external finishes for blockwork, plastering,
waterproofing, painting, doors/windows, tiling, false ceiling and all the
associated MEP works for plumbing (water supply, drainage, firefighting),
HVAC, electrical and ELV works. Existing Elevation Renovation: In total, there are 7 Buildings numbered
E18, E30, E34 to E38 and these are Optional

▪ Infrastructure Scope: The infrastructure scope includes earthwork,
roadwork, stormwater, drainage, sewerage, water supply, firefighting
