Client, Ministry of Education (MOE) appointed Al NISR Roads and Building Contracting LLC as the Main Contractor to develop the Three Schools in Al Ain. The scope of works for the schools are.

• Demolition of Existing Work
• Civil Works, Concrete Works and Courtyard Shade Works
• Thermal Moisture Protection and Wet Area Waterproofing Works
• Floor Finishes: Porcelain Tiles, PVC Flooring and Rubber Sports Flooring Works
• Flooring Works, Marble, Granite and Tile Works
• Construction of Partitions, Glass Partitions, Wash Areas, Toilets, Sanitary Works, Cubicles,
  Decorative Stickers,Sign Boards, External and Internal Paint and MEP Works
• Ceiling Works, Wall Finishes, Doors and Windows, Signage and Wayfinding Works
• Sanitary Works and Furniture Installation Works
• Mechanical and Electrical Works for all the schools
